EDR User's Summit Terms of Service

Introduction:

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for attending the EDR User's Summit, taking place from February 4-7, 2024 in Houston, Texas at the Sheraton North Houston at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The conference is a training opportunity for police officers, engineers, insurance professionals, and other professionals involved in automobile crash analysis.

Indemnification:

By attending the EDR User's Summit, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners, employees, staff, speakers, presenters, exhibitors, and vendors of the following entities:

EDRSummit.com
CollisionMagazine.com
The Collision Safety Institute, LLC

Liability Disclaimer:

The conference organizers do not take responsibility for any cancellations, changes, or disruptions due to weather, travel disruptions, war, attendee illness, or any other reasons beyond their control. The conference venue may have normal liability insurance, but the conference organizers are not responsible for any claims or damages. Attendees are responsible for securing their own travel insurance, including coverage for travel disruptions and illnesses.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund less $60 if cancellation is done 90-61 days before the Conference (November 4, 2023)
50% refund if cancellation is done 60-31 days before the Conference (December 4, 2023)
No refunds 30 days or less before the Conference (January 3, 2024)
No refunds at any time if the Conference is marked as "SOLD OUT" on the website

Rollover of Tuition:

The conference organizers may offer a rollover of tuition to the 2025 EDR Summit for those who cancel 90 to 31 days before the conference. Registrations are transferrable within the limits of the cancellation policy dates. 

Hotel Reservations:

Hotel reservations and the cost of hotel stay and travel to and from the conference are the responsibility of the attendee.

Acceptance of Terms:

By registering for the EDR User's Summit, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. By clicking the "I have read and agree" button on the registration page, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
